[origin: WO9113688A1] An applicator head (1) with an actuating cap (13) and an applicator connection piece (15) for fitting the applicator head onto the actuating shaft (9) of an applicator (2) has a shaft (12) inside an outer sheath of the applicator connection piece (15). The shaft (12) is free of contact over most of its length and has a connecting element for fitting the applicator head onto the actuating shaft (9). The other end (20) of the shaft, which is fastened only in a short inner sheath (17) by press fitting, forms a nozzle core (21) and, at the end, an isolated end wall (34) on which the medium from a central section (29) of an outlet channel is deflected at right angles and conveyed through longitudinal channels (32) to an applicator orifice (19).
