Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a cleaning device (11) for inking systems in printing machines. The object of the invention is to provide a cleaning device which has no doctor blade, requires little servicing and has a high cleaning capability. According to the invention, this is effected in that the cleaning device is accommodated in a housing (12) in which there are a speed-controllable, driven rubber-coated cylinder (14) and a polygonal cylinder (13) which is driven in the opposite direction thereto, can be sprayed by means of jets (16, 17) and is operatively connected to the rubber-coated cylinder. The housing can be placed against the cylinder to be cleaned. Even the last ink residues are thus reliably removed without having to tolerate the harmful side effects of the doctor blades. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wascheinrichtung (11) für Farbwerke bei Druckmaschinen. Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine rakellose und wartungsarme Wascheinrichtung mit hoher Reinigungsfähigkeit zu schaffen. Erfindungsgemäß geschieht dies dadurch, daß die Wascheinrichtung in einem Gehäuse (12) untergebracht ist, in welchem sich eine drehzahlregelbare angetriebene Gummiwalze (14) und eine dazu gegenläufig angetriebene und mittels Düsen (16,17) besprühbare und mit der Gummiwalze in Wirkverbindung stehende Polygonwalze (13) befindet. Das Gehäuse ist gegen die zu reinigende Walze anstellbar. Auch letzte Farbreste werden dadurch zuverlässig entfernt, ohne die schädlichen Nebenwirkungen der Rakelblätter in Kauf nehmen zu müssen. <IMAGE>
