In conjunction with a plug bridge for a protective contact plug of an electrical apparatus which can be connected to a mains socket, with hollow-cylindrical connecting sockets and contact pins which are oriented diametrically opposite the connecting sockets, at least one of the connecting sockets having an insertion funnel in front of it with a conical through-hole whose height is selected such that, on insertion of the stripped conductor ends, individual small wires which are somewhat bent over come to rest securely within the corresponding through-hole, it is provided for the insertion funnel (6) to have allocated to it on its side facing the connecting socket (1) and the plug bridge (2) respectively an insulating sleeve (8), which overhangs the connecting socket (1) as far as the plug bridge (2) in the form of a cap. In consequence, the electrical safety of a protective contact plug is improved. <IMAGE>

In Verbindung mit einer Steckerbrücke für einen Schutzkontaktstecker eines an eine Netzsteckdose anschließbaren elektrischen Gerätes, mit hohlzylindrischen Anschlußbuchsen und diametral zu den Anschlußbuchsen orientierten Kontaktstifte, wobei mindestens einer der Anschlußbuchsen ein Einführtrichter mit einem konischen Durchgangsloch vorgesetzt ist, dessen Höhe so gewählt ist, daß beim Einführen der abisolierten Leiterenden etwa umgebogene Einzeldrähtchen sicher innerhalb des entsprechenden Durchgangsloch zu liegen kommen, ist vorgesehen, dem Einführtrichter (6) an seiner der Anschlußbuchse (1) beziehungsweise der Steckerbrücke (2) zugewandten Seite eine die Anschlußbuchse (1) bis zur Steckerbrücke (2) hin hutförmig überkragende Isolierhülse (8) zuzuordnen. Damit verbessert sich die elektrische Sicherheit eines Schutzkontaktsteckers. <IMAGE>
