Abstract (en)
A filling apparatus for dangerous, bulk or flowable materials makes provision for the metering and packaging of the material to be drawn off at the outlet (3) of a production apparatus under clean-room conditions in a bagging apparatus (12, 13, 14, 18, 21). To this end, a container (5) which can be closed in a hermetically sealing manner is arranged at the outlet aperture (3) of the production apparatus (1), the product stream being guided into the said container (5), in which the bag (13) to be filled is arranged. Clean-room conditions can be produced in a simple and cost-effective manner by using a container which can be closed in a hermetically sealing manner. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine Abfüllanlage für gefährliche, schütt- oder fließfähige Medien sieht vor, daß das abzufüllende Medium am Auslauf (3) einer Produktionsanlage unter Reinraumbedingungen in einer Absackanlage (12,13,14,18,21) proportioniert und abgepackt wird. Hierzu ist an der Auslauföffnung (3) der Produktionsanlage (1) ein hermetisch dicht abschließbarer Behälter (5) angeordnet, in welchen der Produktstrom geleitet wird und in dem der abzufüllende Sack (13) angeordnet ist. Durch die Verwendung eines hermetisch dicht abschließenden Behälters können auf einfache und kostengünstige Weise Reinraumbedingungen geschaffen werden. <IMAGE>
