To drive a tool (12), a portable power tool has a hollow spindle (14) to which the tool (12) can be fastened between two flanges (16, 18). The outer flange (16) is formed on the end of a clamping bolt (22) which is inserted through a central opening (17) of the tool (12) and projects with its other end from the housing (42). The clamping bolt (22) can be secured to this end by means of a locking element (20) in such a way as to locked against rotation. A clamping device (24) is provided for actuation. The clamping device (24) can be moved against the force of spring elements (26) between a clamping position in which the locking element (20) is acted upon in the axial direction for clamping the tool (12) and a release position in which the tool is relieved for the manual change-over. The spring elements (26) are arranged between an axial fixed stop (28) and an axially displaceable stop. <IMAGE>

Eine tragbare Werkzeugmaschine weist zum Antrieb eines Werkzeuges (12) eine Hohlspindel (14) auf, an welcher das Werkzeug (12) zwischen zwei Flanschen (16, 18) befestigbar ist. Der äußere Flansch (16) ist am Ende eines Spannbolzens (22) ausgebildet, der durch eine zentrale Öffnung (17) des Werkzeuges (12) hindurchgesteckt ist und mit seinem anderen Ende aus dem Gehäuse (42) hervorsteht. Der Spannbolzen (22) ist an diesem Ende mittels eines Sicherungselementes (20) drehfest festlegbar. Zur Betätigung ist eine Spanneinrichtung (24) vorgesehen, welche gegen die Kraft von Federelementen (26) zwischen einer Spannstellung, in welcher das Sicherungselement (20) zur Spannung des Werkzeuges (12) in Axialrichtung beaufschlagt ist, und einer Lösestellung, in welcher das Werkzeug zum manuellen Wechsel entlastet ist, bewegbar ist. Die Federelemente (26) sind zwischen einem axialen Festanschlag (28) und einem axial verschiebbaren Anschlag angeordnet. <IMAGE>
