Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a currency or security document having an anti-counterfeit device. According to the invention, the anti-counterfeit device takes the form of a discontinuous reflecting surface (100) consisting of a succession of individual reflecting elements (101) applied to one face (10) of the document (D) by transfer and organised in one general direction (DG); each individual reflecting element (101) has both a dimension of a plurality of millimetres and optimum compactness for a given area of reflection, in such a way that the reflection phenomenon appears clearly to the naked eye and blinds the known systems of optical reproduction or analysis. The invention also relates to a supporting strip having a transferable reflecting design making it possible to produce such a document. The invention is used particularly for the production of bank notes provided with an anti-counterfeit device applied by transfer. <IMAGE>

L'invention concerne un document fiduciaire ou de sécurité comportant un dispositif anti-contrefaçon. Conformément à l'invention, le dispositif anti-contrefaçon se présente sous la forme d'une surface réfléchissante discontinue (100), constituée par une succession d'éléments individuels réfléchissants (101), appliqués par transfert sur une face (10) du document (D), et organisés selon une direction générale (DG) ; chaque élément individuel réfléchissant (101) présente à la fois une dimension de plusieurs millimètres et une compacité optimale pour une aire de réflexion donnée, de telle façon que le phénomène de réflexion apparaisse de manière évidente à l'oeil nu et aveugle les systèmes connus de reprographie ou d'analyse optique. L'invention concerne également une bande de support à motif réfléchissant transférable permettant de réaliser un tel document. Application notamment à la réalisation de billets de banque munis d'un dispositif anti-contrefaçon appliqué par transfert. <IMAGE>
