The invention relates to a method for the open continuous casting of molten metals from casting vessels (1), via a tundish (2), into a mold (5), in which the inflow of steel is controlled by means of a pouring nozzle (3) inserted into the refractory immersion nozzle (4) on the tundish (2). The invention furthermore relates to a refractory immersion nozzle used in carrying out the method and to a method for its production. According to the invention, a refractory immersion nozzle with an inserted pouring nozzle is used. The immersion nozzle forms an integral constructional unit with the pouring nozzle of the tundish and has an inserted pouring nozzle. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum offenen Stranggießen von Metallschmelzen aus Gießgefäßen (1) über ein Zwischengefäß (2) in eine Kokille (5), bei dem der Stahlzufluß mittels einer in den feuerfesten Tauchausguß (4) am Zwischengefäß (2) eingesetzten Gießdüse (3) gesteuert wird. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ferner ein feuerfester Tauchausguß, welcher bei der Durchführung des Verfahrens Verwendung findet und ein Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung. Erfindungsgemäß wird ein feuerfester Tauchausguß mit eingesetzter Gießdüse verwendet. Dabei bildet der Tauchausguß mit der Ausgußdüse des Zwischenbehälters eine einstückige Baueinheit und weist eine eingesetzte Gießdüse auf. <IMAGE>
