Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a curative air conditioner which can be used for curing and alleviating health problems by producing a strengthening and health-promoting marine atmosphere. For simulation of the climatic conditions in the surf region a sea water supply (7), a spraying device (11) for generation of a spray mist of this sea water, an irradiation device (19) for generation of UV rays acting upon the air stream with the UV spectrum of sunlight and with inclusion of UV-A, UV-B and UV-C radiation, and a blower (8) for generation of a pure air stream passing through the spray mist and taking this along into the outer space are arranged in a housing (1, 2) having an insertion opening (14) for ambient air. In addition, an additional radiation source (18) for generation of UV-C radiation acting upon the sea water supplied to the spraying device (11) is inserted in a riser pipe (10) connecting the sea water supply (7) with the spraying device (11). In the preferred operation of the device, a temporal advance relative to the blower (8) and the spraying device (11) is provided for the radiation device (19) and for the additional radiation source (18), in order to guarantee sufficient sterility of the mist passed to the outside even after a fairly long service life of the conditioner in the charged state. <IMAGE>

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Heilklimagerät, das Heilung und Linderung von gesundheitlichen Beschwerden mittels Schaffung einer kräftigenden und gesundheitsfördernden Meeresatmosphäre eingesetzt werden kann. Zum Nachbilden der Klimabedingungen im Meeresbrandungsbereich sind in einem Gehäuse (1, 2) mit einer Einführungsöffnung (14) für Raumluft ein Meerwasservorrat (7), eine Sprüheinrichtung (11) zum Erzeugen eines Sprühnebels aus diesem Meerwasser, eine Bestrahlungseinrichtung (19) zum Erzeugen von auf den Luftstrom einwirkender UV-Strahlung mit dem UV-Spektrum des Sonnenlichts unter Einschluß von UV-A-, UV-B- und UV-C-Strahlung und ein Gebläse (8) zum Erzeugen eines den Sprühnebel durchquerenden und in den Außenraum mitnehmenden Reinluftstromes angeordnet. Außerdem ist in ein den Meerwasservorrat (7) mit der Sprüheinrichtung (11) verbindendes Steigrohr (10) eine zusätzliche Strahlungsquelle (18) zum Erzeugen von auf das der Sprüheinrichtung (11) zugeführte Meerwasser einwirkender UV-C-Strahlung eingefügt. In bevorzugtem Betriebe des Geräts ist für die Bestrahlungseinrichtung (19) und für die zusätzliche Strahlungsquelle (18) ein zeitlicher Vorlauf gegenüber dem Gebläse (8) und der Sprüheinrichtung (11) vorgesehen, um auch nach längeren Standzeiten des Geräts in gefülltem Zustand eine ausreichende Keimfreiheit in dem nach außen abgegebenen Nebel sicherzustellen. <IMAGE>
