In known selector switch devices, at least one manually rotatable cam shaft (14) is provided whose switching cams are allocated a row of switching contacts having moving contact springs and stationary mating contacts. A sprung switching star (19) is provided for the purpose of making and breaking contact quickly. The invention simplifies the handling of the selector switch device in that the switching contacts are constructed as dead-point switches (4) and the switching star (19) has a small latching force. <IMAGE>

Bei bekannten Wählschalteinrichtungen ist wenigstens eine manuell drehbare Nockenwelle (14) vorgesehen, deren Schaltnocken einer Reihe von Schaltkontakten mit beweglichen Kontaktfedern und festen Gegenkontakten zugeordnet sind. Zwecks schneller Kontakttrennung und -öffnung ist ein federnder Schaltstern (19) vorgesehen. Die Erfindung erleichtert die Handhabung der Wählschalteinrichtung dadurch, daß die Schaltkontakte als Totpunktschalter (4) ausgebildet sind und der Schaltstern (19) eine geringe Rastkraft besitzt. <IMAGE>
