The device contains cleaning heads (4, 5) which are arranged on a shaft (1) with the possibility of free rotation. The heads (4, 5) rotate in opposite directions when the device is retracted and extended on a tension member (10) in an upcurrent. The cutting elements - blades (6) - which have an involute profile and lie on spirals directed in opposite directions, cut off the deposits. During lowering, cutting collars (14) of the blades (6), which are attached in the bottom part of the bottom head (5), perform "rough" cutting, the blades (6) of the two heads (4, 5) comminute the cut-off pieces and chips, while the cutting collars (13) in the top part of the top head (4) perform a "finishing operation" on the inner surface of the rising pipes. Mathematical relationships are cited which identify the ratio of the parameters of the components of the device: the height of the heads (4, 5) and the setting angle of the blades (6), the lengths of the shaft (1) and the stabiliser (8), their masses, the step width of the blades (6) and of the diameter of the heads (4, 5). <IMAGE>

Die Einrichtung enthält Reinigungsköpfe (4, 5), die auf einer Welle (1) mit der Möglichkeit einer freien Drehung angeordnet sind. Beim Ein- und Ausfahren der Einrichtung an einem Zugorgan (10) in einem Aufstrom kommen die Köpfe (4, 5) in Drehung in einem entgegengesetzten Sinne. Die Schneidelemente - Messer (6), die ein Evolventenprofil besitzen und auf entgegengesetst gerichteten Spiralen liegen, schneiden die Ablagerungen ab. Beim Niederlassen führen Schneidbünde (14) der Messer (6), die im Unterteil des unteren Kopfes (5) angebracht sind, ein "grobes" Schneiden aus, die Messer (6) der beiden Köpfe (4, 5) zerkleinern die abgeschnittenen Stücke und Späne, während die Schneidbünde (13) im Oberteil des oberen Kopfes (4) eine "Fertigbearbeitung" der Innenfläche der Steigrohre vollführen. Es sind mathematische Beziehungen angeführt, die das Verhältnis der Parameter der Bauelemente der Einrichtung: der Höhe der Köpfe (4, 5) und des Anstellwinkels der Messer (6), der Längen der Welle (1) und des Stabilisators (8), ihrer Massen, der Schrittweite der Messer (6) und des Durchmessers der Köpfe (4, 5) kennzeichnen. <IMAGE>

Le dispositif comprend des têtes de nettoyage tournant librement et montées sur un arbre (1). Lorsque l'on fait descendre ou lorsque l'on remonte le dispositif sur une corde (10) dans un écoulement montant de liquide, les têtes (4, 5) commencent à tourner en sens inverse. Des éléments coupants, se présentant sous la forme de couteaux (6) ayant un profilé à développante et orientés le long de spirales en sens opposé, coupent les dépôts. Pendant la descente, les bords coupants (14) des couteaux (6) situés au niveau de la partie inférieure de la tête inférieure (5) effectuent un dégrossissage, les couteaux (6) des deux têtes (4, 5) broient les fragments et les morceaux coupés, tandis que les bords coupants (13) se trouvant dans la partie supérieure de la tête supérieure (4) effectuent un travail de finissage sur la surface intérieure de la colonne. Des relations mathématiques sont données et caractérisent le rapport des paramètres entre les éléments du dispositif: la hauteur des têtes (4, 5) ainsi que l'angle d'attaque des couteaux (6), la longueur de l'arbre (1) et d'un stabilisateur (8), leur poids, le pas des couteaux (6) ainsi que le diamètre des têtes (4, 5).
