Abstract (en)
The integratable current balancing circuit exhibits a reference transistor in the load section of which the input current flows, and it also exhibits an output transistor in the load section of which the output current flows, the value of which should be proportional to the input current. For this purpose, means are provided which compare the voltages across the load sections of the two transistors and regulate the control voltages at the control terminals of the transistors until input and output voltage are equal. <IMAGE>

Der integrierbare Stromspiegel weist einen Referenztransistor auf, in dessen Laststrecke der Eingangsstrom fließt und weiterhin weist er einen Ausgangstransistor auf, in dessen Laststrecke der Ausgangsstrom fließt, dessen Wert proportional dem Eingangsstrom sein soll. Hierzu sind Mittel vorgesehen, die die Spannungen an den Laststrecken der beiden Transistoren vergleichen und die Steuerspannung an den Steueranschlüssen der Transistoren so lange regeln, bis Ein- und Ausgangsspannung gleich sind. <IMAGE>
