Beschrieben ist eine Vorrichtung zum Aufwickeln einer laufenden Materialbahn, wobei eine Kontaktwalze die Materialbahn an den Wickel andrückt und wobei es ermöglicht wird, die Wickelhärte in weiten Bereichen unabhängig vom eingestellten Bandzug einzustellen, vorzugsweise zu senken, was durch einen motorischen Antrieb der Kontaktwalze auf die ebenfalls motorisch angetriebene Wickelhülse geschieht. <IMAGE>
