Abstract (en)
The clamping device is intended for single tools and has a tension part (7) which is accommodated in a spindle (4) and with which a tool holder (8) or a tool (26) can be restrained on the spindle (4), relative to which the tool holder (8) or the tool (26) can be centred. The tension part (7) has a conical clamping and centring part (18) which lies in the area outside the spindle (4) and interacts with at least one conical surface (39, 40). The latter is provided on the tool (26) or the tool holder (8) and lies in an end recess (30) of the tool (26) or the tool holder (8). With the clamping and centring part (18), the tool holder (8) or the tool (26) is centred and clamped in one step with regard to the spindle (4). Since the clamping and centring part (18) lies outside the spindle (4) and the conical surfaces (39, 40) are provided in the end recess (30), the tool (26) or the tool holder (8) does not need to be inserted into the spindle (4). The changing operation can consequently be carried out within a very short time. <IMAGE>

Die Spannvorrichtung ist für Einzelwerkzeuge vorgesehen und hat ein in einer Spindel (4) untergebrachtes Zugteil (7), mit dem eine Werkzeugaufnahme (8) bzw. ein Werkzeug (26) an der Spindel (4) verspannt werden kann, gegenüber welcher die Werkzeugaufnahme (8) bzw. das Werkzeug (26) zentrierbar ist. Das Zugteil (7) weist einen kegelförmigen Spann- und Zentrierteil (18) auf, der im Bereich außerhalb der Spindel (4) liegt und mit wenigstens einer Kegelfläche (39, 40) zusammenwirkt. Sie ist am Werkzeug (26) bzw. der Werkzeugaufnahme (8) vorgesehen und liegt in einer stirnseitigen Ausnehmung (30) des Werkzeuges (26) bzw. der Werkzeugaufnahme (8). Mit dem Spann- und Zentrierteil (18) wird die Werkzeugaufnahme (8) bzw. das Werkzeug (26) in einem Schritt in bezug auf die Spindel (4) zentriert und gespannt. Da der Spann- und Zentrierteil (18) außerhalb der Spindel (4) liegt und die Kegelflächen (39, 40) in der stirnseitigen Ausnehmung (30) vorgesehen sind, muß das Werkzeug (26) bzw. die Werkzeugaufnahme (8) nicht in die Spindel (4) gesteckt werden. Dadurch kann der Wechselvorgang innerhalb kürzester Zeit durchgeführt werden. <IMAGE>
