Between the domed parts (9) and the wings (5a and 1c) of the sections (1 and 5) there is placed a damper (10) made from a semi-flexible deformable material firmly holding the fixed and movable sections with respect to one another in the vertical direction and in the transverse direction and thus avoiding play and, in this way, the noise inherent to play. <IMAGE>
