Abstract (en)
The traversing device on the cross-winding machine has a pivotable guide rule (27), by means of which a stroke reduction for producing biconical bobbins (1) takes place. For the pivoting of the rule (27), each winding station is assigned a separate drive (31). A control unit (39) on each winding station receives from a sensor (43) information relating to the instantaneous diameter (D) of the bobbin (1) and to the number of strokes of the reversing threaded roller and/or the rotational speed of the driving roller. From a central programme unit (45), the individual control units (39) receive the basic data for the deflection of the rule (27). In addition to the deflection of the rule (27) for producing the conical ends of the bobbin (1), high-frequency stroke reductions and/or disturbances to prevent ribbon windings are produced by means of the drives (31). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Changiervorrichtung an der Kreuzspulmaschine weist ein schwenkbares Führungslineal (27) auf, mittels welchem eine Hubverkürzung für die Erzeugung von bikonischen Spulen (1) erfolgt. Für die Verschwenkung des Lineals (27) ist jeder Spulstelle ein separater Antrieb (31) zugeordnet. Eine Steuereinheit (39) an jeder Spulstelle erhält von einem Sensor (43) Informationen über den momentanen Durchmesser (D) der Spule (1) sowie der Hubzahl der Kehrgewindewalze und/oder der Drehzahl der Antriebswalze. Von einer zentralen Programmeinheit (45) erhalten die einzelnen Steuereinheiten (39) die Grunddaten für die Auslenkung des Lineals (27). Nebst der Auslenkung des Lineals (27) für die Erzeugung der konischen Enden der Spule (1) können durch die Antriebe (31) hochfrequente Hubverkürzungen und/oder Störungen zur Verhinderung von Bildwicklungen erzeugt werden. <IMAGE>
