[origin: WO9115974A1] The device essentially comprises a body (2) provided with an applicator brush (13) which is in contact with a product held in a container (R) and sealable with a cap (1). When the body is sealed, the cap engages a sleeve (3) which is movably mounted in the body in such a way that the brush (13) is retracted into said sleeve, the brush being received in the sleeve (3) and rigidly mounted in the body. When the body is opened, said cap engages the sleeve (3) in the opposite direction to free the brush (13) from the sleeve (3) and thereby allow it to be used once the cap (1) is removed from the body (2). This device prevents the applicator brush being damaged in any way when the body is opened or closed and is useful when applying, for example, nail varnish.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'obturation d'un appareil applicateur, ainsi qu'un appareil applicateur utilisable avec ce dispositif. Ce dispositif comprend essentiellement un corps (2) qui est équipé d'un pinceau applicateur (13) en contact avec un produit contenu dans un réservoir (R) et qui est obturable par un capuchon (1), lequel, à l'obturation du corps, actionne un fourreau (3) monté mobile dans le corps de façon à réaliser l'escamotage dans ce fourreau du pinceau applicateur (13) logé à l'intérieur du fourreau (3) et monté fixe dans le corps, et à l'ouverture du corps, actionne le fourreau (3) en sens inverse pour dégager le pinceau applicateur (13) du fourreau (3) et permettre ainsi son utilisation après séparation du capuchon (1) du corps (2). Ce dispositif évite tout endommagement du pinceau applicateur à la fermeture ou à l'ouverture du corps et permet l'application de vernis à ongle par exemple.
