Abstract (en)
The device essentially comprises a rotary member (1) interposed between the exit of a receptacle (B) for storing parts in bulk and the supply (T) of an apparatus for dispensing to the unit; the said rotary member being arranged radially in order to receive several parts to be dispensed, of the same category and with asymmetric ends, to convey them towards the supply of the dispensing apparatus if they are in the correct direction for use or to reject them and to redirect them into the storage receptacle if they are not in the correct direction for use. The rotary member (1) is disposed vertically and has a horizontal axis (1c) coupled to a continuously driven Maltese-cross mechanism (6) (7) (8), in order to subject the rotary member to a step-by-step rotational drive movement, ensuring the discharge, by means of gravity, of the incorrectly oriented parts, in combination with a reject ramp (4-1) suitably disposed on a support frame (4) in order to correspond to the maximum speed of the said Maltese cross. <IMAGE>

Le dispositif comprend essentiellement un organe rotatif (1) interposé entre la sortie d'un réceptacle (B) de stockage des pièces en vrac et l'alimentaion (T) d'un appareil de distribution à l'unité ; ledit organe rotatif étant agencé radialement pour recevoir plusieurs pièces à distribuer de même catégorie et à extrémités non symétriques, les acheminer vers l'alimentation de l'appareil distributeur si elles sont dans le bon sens d'utilisation ou les rejeter et les diriger de nouveau dans le réceptacle de stockage si elles sont dans le mauvais sens d'utilisation. L'organe rotatif (1) est disposé verticalement, et présente un axe horizontal (1c) accouplé à un mécanisme à croix de Malte (6) (7) (8) entrainé en continu, pour soumettre l'organe rotatif à un mouvement d'entrainement en rotation pas à pas, assurant l'évacuation, par gravité, des pièces mal orientées, en combinaison avec une rampe de rejet (4-1) convenablement disposée sur un bâti support (4) pour correspondre à la vitesse maximum de ladite croix de Malte. <IMAGE>
