Abstract (en)
A holding device for receiving an externally threaded end portion of a shaft or rod member (29) comprises a socket member (15). The socket member has a first bore (16) with internal threads for engaging with the external threads of the end portion of the rod member (29) and a second bore (17) with a diameter equal to or slightly exceeding the maximum outer diameter of the threaded end portion of the shaft or rod member (29). The axis of the second bore (17) intersects the axis of the first bore (16) and defines an acute angle (a) therewith. The externally threaded end portion of the shaft or rod member (29) may then be inserted axially into the second bore (17) and thereafter brought into an engaged position in which the external threads of the end portion engages with the internal threads of the first bore (16), by a tilting movement of the end portion through said acute angle. The holding device may for example be used for mounting chemical anchors. <IMAGE>
