[origin: JPH05192630A] PURPOSE: To greatly improve conveying uniformity and dosing accuracy and to supply a powder-air mixture to a powder coating device by providing a dosing container with a cyclone-like air separator, a fluidizing means, a dosing means and a means for conveying a powder mixture to the powder coating device. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus for supplying a powder-air mixture to a powder coating device fluidizes powder in a powder tank and conveys the resulted powder-air mixture to the powder coating device through an intervening container likewise having the fluidizing means 11. The intervening device is formed as the dosing container 3 arranged adjacently to the powder coating device. The dosing container 3 has the cyclone-like air separator 10, the fluidizing means 11 and the dosing means 12 for producing the dosed powder-air mixture. The dosing container 3 is constituted to have the means 13 for conveying the powder-air mixture to the powder coating device.

Einrichtung zum Speisen von Pulverbeschichtungsgeräten mit einem Pulver-Luft-Gemisch, wobei das Pulver in einem Vorratsbehälter (1) fluidisiert, das dabei entstandene Pulver-Luft-Gemisch über Förderleitungen (2) zu einem Dosierbehälter (3) gefördert, und in diesem Dosierbehälter (3) aufbereitet wird. Dabei wird aus dem vom Vorratsbehälter (1) kommenden Pulver-Luft-Gemisch die Fluidisierluft ausgeschieden, das verbleibende Pulver definiert erneut fluidisiert und dosiert, und das erzeugte Pulver-Luft-Gemisch zum zugeordneten Pulverbeschichtungsgerät (5) weitergefördert. <IMAGE>
