The invention relates to a floor-mounted fitness appliance with variable stepping heights, consisting of an upper stepping board (1) to which a plurality of substructure parts (2) can be assigned in order to raise its position and/or adjust its inclination, and is so designed that the stepping board (1) has at least one retention element (14) which can be made to correspond with a further exercise appliance or exercise aid (20) and can be used, for example, for suspending an expander belt (20). Furthermore, the stepping board (1) corresponds with substructure parts (2) which are designed to be of a shape such as to adapt to each other and to the stepping board (1), so that they form a positive-fitting bearing unit together with the stepping board (1). <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Boden-Fitnessgerät mit variablen Tritthöhen, bestehend aus einem oberen Trittbrett (1) dem zum Zwecke der Lageerhöhung und/oder der Neigungsanordnung mehrere Unterbauteile (2) zuordenbar sind und derart ausgebildet ist, daß das Trittbrett (1) mindestens ein, mit einem weiteren Übungsgerät oder Übungshilfsmittel (20) korrospondierbares Retentionselement (14) aufweist, das z.B. zum Einhängen eines Expanderbandes (20) geeignet ist. Darüber hinaus korrospondiert das Trittbrett (1) mit Unterbauteilen (2), welche untereinander und gegenüber dem Trittbrett (1) adaptationsförmig ausgebildet sind derart, daß diese mit dem Trittbrett (1) eine formschlüssige Lagereinheit bilden. <IMAGE>
