[origin: WO9214355A1] The invention concerns a method of controlling and destroying parasitic varroa mites in brood combs, with covered brood cells containing bee larvae and with a frame (14), by subjecting the brood combs (14) to heat treatment. In order to ensure that the treatment can be carried out simply and reliably, the invention calls for the brood combs (14) to be suspended, spaced out one behind the other and parallel to each other in a line, in a closable container (3) and exposed in the closed container (3) to a fan-circulated flow of air at 46 to 47 DEG C for a period of substantially 3 hours.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour la lutte contre les acariens Varroa parasitaires et leur extermination dans des rayons à couvain réservés à la ponte, comportant un cadre (14) et des alvéoles à couvain recouverts, procédé selon lequel on procède au traitement thermique des rayons à couvain (14). Pour atteindre facilement et sûrement le but du traitement, les rayons à couvain (14) sont suspendus à une distance parallèlement, les uns après les autres, en rangée, dans un récipient (3) pouvant être fermé, indépendant de la ruche et exposés dans ce récipient (3) fermé à un courant d'air chaud de 46 à 47 degrés Celsius pendant une durée de l'ordre de 3 heures.
