The present invention relates to a device for assembling and fixing an end of a cross member to an upright. The device is characterised in that it comprises a tilting locking member (bolt) (12) in the shape of a lever bent at right angles mounted in the assembly head (9) which is firmly attached to the cross member and the upper lever arm (12b) of which is used to control the tilting of the locking member (bolt) (12) by making contact with the upper edge of a dish (4) and the lower lever arm (12a) of which is used as an element for retaining a member forming a hook (11) in the dish (4). The present invention finds an application in particular in scaffolding systems used in the building industry. <IMAGE>

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'assemblage et de fixation d'une extrémité d'une traverse à un montant. Le dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un verrou basculant (12) en forme de levier coudé en angle droit monté dans la tête d'assemblage (9) solidaire de la traverse et dont le bras de levier supérieur (12b) sert de commande de basculement du verrou (12) en contactant le bord supérieur d'une coupelle (4) et le bras de levier inférieur (12a) sert d'élément de retenue d'un organe formant crochet (11) dans la coupelle (4). Le présente invention trouve application notamment dans des systèmes d'échafaudage utilisés dans le bâtiment. <IMAGE>
