Abstract (en)
Textile reinforcement usable for the production of laminated composites. It comprises three series of yarns (1a, 1b, 2) oriented differently in relation to one another, two (1a, 1b) being arranged slantwise, inversely to one another in relation to the length of the strip, and the yarns (2) of the third being, for their part, arranged parallel to the length and trapped between the yarns (1a, 1b). In this material the lengthwise yarns (2) consist at least partially of yarns exhibiting thermal adhesive properties, whose adhesive characteristics are developed after the braid is produced and make it possible to ensure the bonding of the two-directional outer layers (1a, 1b) without possibility of movement of the positioning of the yarns relative to one another. <IMAGE>

Armature textile utilisable pour la réalisation de complexes stratifiés. Elle comporte trois séries de fils (1a,1B,2) orientés différemment les uns par rapport aux autres, deux (1a,1b) étant disposées en biais, en sens inverse l'une de l'autre par rapport à la longueur de la bande, et les fils (2) de la troisième étant quant à eux disposés parallèlement à la longueur, et emprisonnés entre les fils (1a,1b). Dans ce matériau, les fils longitudinaux (2) sont constitués au moins pour partie de fils présentant des propriétés thermocollantes, dont les caractéristiques adhésives sont révélées après réalisation de la tresse, et permettent d'assurer la liaison des couches externes bidirectionnelles (1a,1b) sans possibilité de déplacement du positionnement des fils les uns par rapport aux autres. <IMAGE>
