Abstract (en)
[origin: JPH05208767A] PURPOSE: To inexpensively manufacture a roller and adjusting the tilting angle of the rotating bush of the roller with respect to the axis of the roller during its operation in the roller for guiding and stretching band materials or sheet webs of a winding apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A forming rod 18 is provided longitudinally movably in the longitudinal groove 17 of a roller shaft 4 so that the forming rod cooperates with at least one pin 19. Thus, the pin 19 is held by a receiving bush 8 provided in an outer bush 2, or formed integrally with the receiving bush 8 and extends to the cut-out part 26 of the forming rod 18. The movement of the forming rod 18 allows the receiving bush 8 which is supported tiltably through a pair of support parts on the roller shaft 4 to be turned in the axial direction of the roller shaft 4.
