Abstract (en)
A plug connector for lights is shown and described. It consists of a female part, which can be fastened on the light base, and of a male part which can be connected to the light head supporting part, especially a supporting tube, which female and male parts in each case consist of an integral insulating material body and a contact set having large-area contacts. Push-button operated latching hooks are integrally formed on the male part for easily detachable latching, said latching hooks being components of tongue-like leaf springs which can easily be pushed in using two fingers of one hand in order to detach the connection of the plug connector parts. As a result of skilful shaping of the corresponding contours of the connector parts, self-centring, contact-correct coupling of the plug connector parts is reliably ensured in a simple manner.

Dargestellt und beschrieben ist ein Steckverbinder für Leuchten. er besteht aus einem am Leuchtensockel zu befestigenden Matrizenteil und einem mit dem Leuchtenkopf-Tragteil, insbesondere Tragrohr, zu verbindenden Patrizenteil, die jeweils aus einem einstückigen Isolierstoffkörper und einem Kontaktsatz mit großflächigen Kontakten bestehen. Zur leicht lösbaren Verrastung sind am Patrizenteil drucktastenbetätigte Rasthaken als Bestandteile von zungenartigen Blattfedern angeformt, die sich mit zwei Fingern einer Hand leicht eindrücken lassen, um die Verbindung der Steckverbinderteile zu lösen. Durch geschickte Formgebung der korrespondierenden Konturen der Verbinderteile ist ein selbstzentrierendes, kontaktkorrektes Kuppeln der Steckverbinderteile auf einfache Weise sicher gewährleistet. <IMAGE>
