Abstract (en)
The extractor comprises a closed vessel (1) provided with an extraction rig (7A, 7B); a membrane (18) placed in the vessel, suitable for putting under pressure in order to force the juice out of the grapes; as well as transport means (16A, 16B), placed in the vessel, in order to discharge from it the extracted grapes. According to the method, this extractor is used by placing the grapes into the vessel, by letting the juice flow out naturally, by putting the membrane under pressure in the vessel in order to force the juice to flow through the grid (7A, 7B), by removing pressure from the membrane, and by evacuating the vessel by actuating the transport means (16A, 16B). <IMAGE>

L'égouttoir comporte une cuve fermée (1) pourvue d'une grille d'égouttage (7A, 7B) ; une membrane (18) disposée dans la cuve, adaptée à être mise sous pression pour forcer l'égouttage de la vendange ; ainsi que des moyens de transport (16A, 16B) disposés dans la cuve, pour en évacuer la vendange égouttée. Selon le procédé, on utilise cet égouttoir en disposant la vendange dans la cuve, en laissant le jus s'écouler naturellement, en mettant sous pression la membrane dans la cuve pour forcer l'écoulement du jus à travers la grille (7A, 7B), en mettant la membrane hors pression, et en vidangeant la cuve en actionnant les moyens de transport (16A, 16B). <IMAGE>
