Abstract (en)
For the drycleaning of textiles and the like, instead of the conventional non-combustible solvents, those based on hydrocarbon are used. However, these are combustible and explosive, and therefore the cleaning machines are made explosion-proof. A vacuum is generated inside the drum. For drying, the drum interior is heated. The air/solvent mixture is subsequently cooled and the condensate is discharged. <IMAGE>

Zur Trockenreinigung von Textilien u.dgl. werden statt den üblichen nicht brennbaren Lösungsmitteln solche auf der Basis von kohlenwasserstoff verwendet. Diese sind aber brennbar und explosionsfähig, weshalb die Reinigungsmaschinen explosionssicher ausgeführt werden. Im Trommelinnern wird ein Unterdruck erzeugt. Zur Trocknung wird das Trommelinnere beheizt. Hernach wird das Luft-Lösungsgemisch abgekühlt und das kondensat abgeführt. <IMAGE>
