Material to be removed from winding stations (full rolls from unwinding stations, winding cores from unwinding stations) is deposited by a manipulating/transport means onto a handling device (20.1) and from there transported by a manipulating/transport vehicle (30) to a storage area. Material to be fed in at winding stations (empty winding cores for a winding station, full rolls for an unwinding station) are transported by the same manipulating/transport vehicle (30) from a storage area to the handling device, and deposited there, so that they can be fed to the winding station by the manipulating/transport means. The handling device (20.1) is designed in such a way that the manipulating/transport vehicle (30) can deposit the material to be fed and take hold of the material to be removed from a single position. The manipulating tool only has to execute a single translatory movement between the two operations. In the preferred variant of the method, a fork lift truck is used as a manipulating/transport vehicle (30), and in each case two rolls lying on a pallet (40) and in each case two winding cores lying on a pallet are stored as storage units. A storage unit of this type is transported to the handling device (20.1), the storage unit being rotated through +/- 90 DEG and deposited there without a pallet (40). The pallet is moved by the forks of the fork lift truck to the material, to be removed, in the handling device and transported away from the latter together with the material to be removed, the forks being once again rotated through +/- 90 DEG and stored, together with the material to be removed, as a storage unit. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Von Wickelstationen zu entfernendes Gut (volle Wickel von Abwickelstationen, Wickelkerne von Abwickelstationen) werden von einem Manipulations/Transportmittel auf einer Umschlagsvorrichtung (20.1) deponiert und von dort mit einem Manipulations/Transportfahrzeug (30) zu einem Lagerplatz transportiert. An Wickelstationen einzusetzendes Gut (leere Wickelkerne für Aufwickelstation, volle Wickel für Abwickelstation) werden von demselben Manipulations/Transportfahrzeug (30) von einem Lagerplatz zu der Umschlagsvorrichtung transportiert und dort deponiert, um vom Manipulations/Transportmittel auf der Wickelstation eingesetzt zu werden. Die Umschlagsvorrichtung (20.1) ist derart gestaltet, dass das Manipulations/-Transportfahrzeug (30) von einer einzigen Position aus das einzusetzende Gut deponieren und das zu entfernende Gut erfassen kann. Zwischen den beiden Operationen muss lediglich das Manipulationswerkzeug eine einzige translatorischen Bewegung ausführen. Bei der bevorzugten Verfahrensvariante wird ein Gabelstapler als Manipulations/Transportfahrzeug (30) verwendet und werden je zwei Wickel auf einem Palett (40) liegend und je zwei Wickelkerne auf einem Palett liegen als Lagereinheiten gelagert. Eine derartige Lagereinheit wird zur Umschlagsvorrichtung (20.1) transportiert, wobei es um ±90° gedreht wird, und dort ohne das Palett (40) deponiert. Das Palett wird mit den Gabeln des Gabelstaplers zum zu entfernenden Gut in der Umschlagsvorrichtung bewegt, mit diesem von der Umschlagsvorrichtung wegtransportiert, wobei die Gabeln wiederum um ± 90° gedreht werden, und zusammen mit dem zu entfernenden Gut als Lagereinheit eingelagert. <IMAGE>
