The invention relates to a device for the production of bellows by welding supporting frames (1) to a bellows-shaped sheet (2). In order to be able to produce bellows continuously in a simple and inexpensive manner, a welding roll (5) is provided which is rotatable about an axis (4) arranged transversely to the direction of conveyance B of the supporting frames (1). The welding roll (5) embraces, in a gearwheel-like design, a multiplicity of longitudinal grooves (6) into each of which a supporting frame (1) and the sheet (2) laid thereon can be introduced. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Faltenbälgen durch Verschweißen von Stützrahmen (1) mit einer faltenbalgartig ausgestalteten Folie (2). Um auf einfache und kostengünstige Weise Faltenbälge kontinuierlich herstellen zu können, ist eine Schweißwalze (5) vorgesehen, welche um eine quer zur Förderrichtung B der Stützrahmen (1) angeordnete Achse (4) drehbar ist. Die Schweißwalze (5) umfaßt in zahnradartiger Ausgestaltung eine Vielzahl von Längsnuten (6), in welche jeweils ein Stützrahmen (1) und die auf diesen aufgelegte Folie (2) einführbar sind. <IMAGE>
