[origin: EP0528174A1] In a wall slidebar for a shower or the like, the wall slidebar being accommodated at the end areas in one blind hole each by bracket-like holders which can be fastened to the building wall with screws, provision is made for at least one radial bore (11) to be provided at each end area of the wall slidebar (1) in order to improve the same, which radial bore (11) is in alignment with the bore of the holder (2) for the wall fastening in the extended position so that the holder (2) can be fastened together with the wall slidebar (1) to the building wall (5) in each case with one screw (21). <IMAGE>
