The invention relates to a device for automatically removing sponge rubber balls during the cleaning and emptying of piping for liquids, in particular piping for draught beverages. In this device, an intermediate piece (1) provided with a passage (2) and having an outlet aperture (3) for the sponge rubber balls (15) is arranged between the beverage piping and the spigot (4, 5), which does not completely allow passage for the sponge rubber balls (15); a pipe piece (10) provided with seals (11, 12) is arranged in such a way with respect to the intermediate piece that, in the beverage withdrawal operating state, a tight connection is formed between the spigot (4, 5) and the beverage piping, whereas in the cleaning state, after withdrawal of the pipe piece (10), the opening of the pipe piece (10) adjacent to the spigot (4, 5) is unblocked via the outlet aperture (3) in the intermediate piece (1) for removal of the sponge rubber balls (15). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur automatischen Entnahme von Schwammgummikugeln beim Reinigen und Entleeren von Flüssigkeitsleitungen, wie Getränkeleitungen in Zapfanlagen. Hierbei ist zwischen die Getränkeleitung und den den Durchgang für die Schwammgummikugeln (15) nicht vollständig freigebenden Zapfhahn (4, 5) ein mit einem Durchgang (2) versehenes Zwischenstück (1) angeordnet, welches eine Austrittsöffnung (3) für die Schwammgummikugeln (15) aufweist und an dem ein mit Abdichtungen (11, 12) versehenes verschiebbares Rohrstück (10) derart angeordnet ist, daß im Betriebszustand der Getränkeentnahme eine dichte Verbindung zwischen Zapfhahn (4, 5) und Getränkeleitung entsteht, während im Reinigungszustand nach Zurückziehen des Rohrstückes (10) die dem Zapfhahn (4, 5) benachbarte Öffnung des Rohrstückes (10) über die Austrittsöffnung (3) im Zwischenstück (1) zur Entnahme der Schwammgummikugeln (15) freigegeben wird. <IMAGE>
