[origin: WO9216264A1] The description relates to an elastic traction device with the aid of which movement training may be given for a finger on which a tendon operation has been performed. The device comprises a force-storing component with a spring and/or rubber component (7) and at least one guide roller (3) or eye for the traction cord secured to the finger, whereby these two components are fitted on a base to be secured in a plaster dressing. As suitable base is a wire bent in a U shape or an ordinary ladderlike plaster dressing rod (1, 2). The guide rollers and possibly clamps for an elastic traction cord are usefully arranged on a bearer plate which can be fitted into the base. The axes of the guide rollers preferably intersect at right angles. A securing device (8) which can be adhesively secured to a fingernail can be fitted to the end of the traction cord.

Il est décrit un dispositif de traction élastique à l'aide duquel peut être effectuée la rééducation d'un doigt ayant subi une opération du tendon. Le dispositif comporte un accumulateur d'énergie avec un élément de ressort et/ou de caoutchouc (7) et au moins une poulie ou un oeillet de renvoi (3) pour le câble de traction fixé au doigt, lesdits deux éléments étant fixés à une base à ancrer dans un bandage plâtré. Un fil plié en U ou bien une éclisse de bandage usuelle en forme d'échelle (1, 2) convient comme base. Les poulies de renvoi, et, le cas échéant, des pinces pour un câble de traction élastique sont utilement disposées sur une tôle de support pouvant être enfoncée sur la base. De préférence, les axes des poulies de renvoi se croisent à angle droit. A l'extrémité du câble de traction peut être fixé un élément adhésif (8) pouvant être collé sur un ongle.
