The invention relates to a mould compensating plate and a continuously operating double belt press for producing material webs or a discontinuously operating single- or multi-daylight press for producing sectional materials. In the press frame of the double-belt press or on the press plates of the multi-daylight press there are arranged mould-compensating plates. The mould-compensating plate has two metal plates arranged parallel to one another and at a distance from one another, on the edge of which there is attached an annularly surrounding elastic bellows which serves as a lateral seal. The chamber formed by the plates and the elastic bellows is filled with a fluid medium. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Formausgleichsplatte und eine kontinuierlich arbeitende Doppelbandpresse zur Herstellung von Materialbahnen oder eine diskontinuierlich arbeitende Ein- oder Mehretagenpresse zur Herstellung von abschnittsförmigen Materialien. Im Pressengestell der Doppelbandpresse bzw. an den Preßplatten der Etagenpresse sind Formausgleichsplatten angeordnet. Die Formausgleichsplatte besitzt zwei zueinander parallel, in einem Abstand voneinander angeordnete Platten aus Metall, an deren Rand ringsumlaufend ein als seitliche Dichtung dienender elastischer Balg befestigt ist. Die von den Platten und dem elastischen Balg gebildete Kammer ist mit einem fluiden Medium gefüllt. <IMAGE>
