In a device for fixing and tensioning a blanket on a cylinder of a printing machine, the rubber blanket is to be held while it is mounted, and a long end of the rubber blanket is then to be tensioned with little effort. <??>According to the invention, this is achieved in that there is a rack (27) which can be actuated by a straining screw (21) and is operatively connected via an intermediate gear wheel (11) to teeth on the circumference of the tensioning shaft (3), and in that a retaining device is provided for the beginning of the blanket, which retaining device can be actuated via the intermediate gear wheel by means of a cam disc (16) and a ram (41). <??>The device can be actuated with little effort. Due to the long tensioning path of the ends of the rubber blanket, the beginning of the blanket can be readjusted once or several times following wear phenomena and the like. <IMAGE>

Bei einer Einrichtung zum Befestigen und Spannen eines Drucktuches auf einem Zylinder einer Druckmaschine soll das Gummituch während des Aufziehens festgehalten und anschließend soll ein langes Gummituchende mit geringem Kraftaufwand gespannt werden. Erfindungsgemäß geschieht dies dadurch, daß eine durch eine Spannschraube (21) betätigbare Zahnstange (27) angeordnet ist, die über ein Zwischenzahnrad (11) mit Zähnen am Umfang der Spannwelle (3) in Wirkverbindung steht und daß eine Arretierung für den Drucktuchanfang vorgesehen ist, die über das Zwischenzahnrad mittels einer Nockenscheibe (16) und einem Stößel (41) betätigbar ist. Die Einrichtung ist mit geringem Kraftaufwand zu betätigen. Durch den langen Spannweg der Gummituchenden kann der Drucktuchanfang infolge Verschleißerscheinung und dgl. einmal oder mehrmalig nachgesetzt werden. <IMAGE>
