Abstract (en)
A workpiece support consists of a baseplate which rests in a frictionally locked manner on a conveyor belt and of at least two semicircular bearings which are open at the top, are rigidly connected to said baseplate and are arranged at a distance from one another, a retaining pin for winding wire residue being arranged between the two bearings of the workpiece support. An auxiliary support (20) having a coil former (16') can be inserted into and removed from each bearing transversely with respect to the longitudinal extent of the conveyor belt, a cylindrical body (21) of the auxiliary support (20) having at least one, preferably two auxiliary retaining pins (22, 23) for winding wire ends (29, 29'), which are constructed as loops (29, 29'), in each case one deflecting pin (24, 25) being arranged at a distance from each auxiliary retaining pin (22, 23), axially with respect to the cylindrical body (21) of the auxiliary support (20). In consequence, the length of the wire end sections can be varied, for example for the fitting of connectors, which is carried out subsequently by hand, to the complete coil. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Ein Werkstückträger besteht aus einer reibschlüssig auf einem Transportband aufliegenden Grundplatte und mindestens zwei mit dieser starr verbundenen und im Abstand zueinander angeordneten halbkreisförmigen, nach oben offenen Lagerungen, wobei zwischen den beiden Lagerungen des Werkstückträgers ein Haltestift für Wicklungsdrahtreste angeordnet ist. In jeder Lagerung quer zur Längsausdehnung des Transportbandes ist ein Hilfsträger (20) mit einem Spulenkörper (16') einsetzbar und entnehmbar, wobei ein zylindrischer Körper (21) des Hilfsträgers (20) mindestens einen, vorzugsweise zwei Hilfshaltestifte (22, 23) für Wicklungsdrahtenden (29, 29') aufweist, die als Schlaufen (29, 29') ausgebildet sind, indem im Abstand zu jedem Hilfshaltestift (22, 23) axial zum zylindrischen Körper (21) des Hilfsträgers (20) je ein Umlenkstift (24, 25) angeordnet ist. Dadurch kann die Länge der Drahtendenabschnitte, beispielsweise für die nachfolgende von Hand durchgeführte Konfektionierung der fertigen Spule, variiert werden. <IMAGE>
