[origin: EP0530449A1] The invention relates to a device for dynamically modifying the pressure distribution of a ski, such as, in particular, a downhill ski, on its sliding surface. The ski is equipped with front and rear binding elements (3, 4), and with bearing elements (8, 12) for the front and rear ends of the boot sole. It is characterised in that it also comprises a sensor member (12) in contact with the boot sole and which is also movable in a vertical direction, bending means (17) for generating a bending moment on at least one end, front or rear, of the ski, and linking means (20) between the sensor member (12) and the bending means for transmitting, to the bending means (17), at least part of the vertical thrust of the boot detected by the sensor member (12). <IMAGE>
