[origin: JPH05270556A] PURPOSE: To conduct foaming with a simple structure in an apparatus that takes out liquid in a container in a foamed state using air as the medium by providing a structure of mixing chamber in the central opening of fixed part, and a screen-like refining element and a valve body thereon. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus 10 fits a mixing part 26 in an opening 20 provided at a fixed portion fitted into a neck 14 of a container 16, and inserts an end part of a tube 30 that reaches near the bottom of the container 16 into an opening 28 provided with longitudinal ribs formed in this mixing part 26. Also provided at the mixing part 26 is a mixing chamber structure 36 that disposes two mixing chambers 38, 40 back and forth and with a screen-like refining element 48 at upper part of this mixing part 26 as well as letting air and liquid paths 32, 34 empty into the first mixing chamber 38 which is a swirl chamber. Fined foam taken out herefrom spouts from an outlet 96 through a valve body 58, a path 66 and a screen 86. The valve body 58 is let open by bending downward when pressing an actuating element 70.

In den Stutzen (14) des Behälters (16) ist der Halterungsteil (12) eingesetzt, in dessen zentralen Oeffnung (20) sich der vom siebartigen Verfeinerungselement (48) überspannte Mischerteil (26) mit Mischkammern (38, 40) befindet. Am Verfeinerungselement (48) ist der scheibenartige Ventilkörper (58) angeordnet, der mit dem ringartigen Ventilsitz (60) zusammenwirkt. Zur Schaumentnahme wird das Betätigungselement (70) hinuntergedrückt, bis der Anschlag (78) am Gegenanschlag (78') anliegt. Dadurch gelangt der Ventilkörper (58) unter gleichzeitigem Verbiegen des Verfeinerungselements (48) in Offenstellung und infolge des Ueberdrucks im Behälter (16) werden durch die Luftdurchlässe (32) Luft und den Flüssigkeitsdurchlass (34) Flüssigkeit in die Mischkammern (38, 40) hineingedrückt. Der dort gebildete Schaum wird beim Durchströmen des Verfeinerungselements (48) verfeinert. Auf dem Weg zum Auslass (92) gewährleisten der definierte Durchlass (74), die Stege (68,102), die Rippen (72'), das Sieb (86) sowie Schikanen im Ringkanal (96) eine optimale Schaumbildung und Abbremsung des Schaumes, sodass der Ueberdruck im Behälter (16) nicht beim Oeffnen der Ventilanordnung schlagartig absinkt. <IMAGE>
