[origin: EP0530753A2] The invention relates to a reflector lamp having a reflector which partially surrounds a light source, is surrounded by an upper, opaque, hood-shaped housing part, and arranged by means of a holding device in a transparent opaque, lower housing part which is covered by the upper housing part and whose lower end is detachably connected to a dish-shaped top piece. The aim is to improve the manipulability of such a reflector lamp, in particular to be able to exchange the light source in a simpler fashion. This is achieved according to the invention when the holding device (5) is fastened to the top piece (7), extends away from the latter parallel to the vertical longitudinal axis (14) approximately as far as the level of the upper rim (15) of the lower housing part (6), and has on its upper, free end a pivotable support plate (16) which accommodates the reflector (2, 3) and the light source. <IMAGE>
