Handles (10) for fitting onto predetermined contact surfaces of vessel bodies are produced by shaping, in particular extruding, a multiplicity of handles (10) together with a strip which connects their ends together. During shaping of the handles (10), separating points (14) are incorporated between these handles and the strip. Then the strip is cut into individual webs (12), on each of which a handle (10) hangs. Subsequently handle (10) and web (12) are dried together until white. Finally the handles (10) are broken off from the web (12). The ends of the handles (10) can be ground at the fracture points to correspond to the contour of the contact surfaces of the vessel bodies. <IMAGE>

Henkel (10) zum Angarnieren an vorbestimmte Anlageflächen von Gefäßkörpern werden dadurch hergestellt, daß mehrere Henkel (10) gemeinsam mit einer Leiste, die ihre Enden miteinander verbindet, geformt, insbes. druckgegossen, werden. Beim Formen der Henkel (10) werden zwischen diesen und der Leiste Trennstellen (14) eingearbeitet. Sodann wird die Leiste in einzelne Stege (12) zerschnitten, an denen je ein Henkel (10) hängt. Anschließend werden Henkel (10) und Steg (12) gemeinsam weißgetrocknet. Schließlich werden die Henkel (10) vom Steg (12) abgebrochen. Die Enden der Henkel (10) können an den Bruchstellen entsprechend der Kontur der Anlageflächen der Gefäßkörper geschliffen werden. <IMAGE>
