Abstract (en)
The invention makes it possible to provide such a sign with stability on the ground without having to place on its underframe additional weights which are often dangerous and unsightly. The base consists of a ribbed plate (1) whose two parallel edges are provided, one with a front stop catch (5) and the other with a rear catch (6) forming the stop for the legs (3) and for the movable prop (4) of the sign (2) which are manually engaged into the insertion gap (15) provided between the open edges of the anchoring hooks having two superimposed openings (11) and (12), the edge of the front (5) or rear (6) stop catch, and the stud (7) fixed directly opposite against the stop catch or against the rear face of the hooks. <IMAGE>

L'invention permet d'assurer la stabilité au sol d'un tel panneau sans avoir à placer sur son piètement des lests additionnels souvent dangereux et inesthétiques. Le socle est constitué d'un plateau (1) nervuré dont deux bords parallèles sont munis l'un d'un taquet d'arrêt avant (5) et l'autre d'un taquet arrière (6) formant la butée des pieds (3) et de la béquille mobile (4) du panneau (2) qui sont engagés manuellement dans l'intervalle d'insertion (15) prévu entre les bords ouverts des crochets d'ancrage à deux ouvertures superposées (11) et (12), le bord du taquet d'arrêt avant (5) ou arrière (6), et l'ergot (7) fixé en regard contre le taquet d'arrêt ou contre la face arrière des crochets. <IMAGE>
