Abstract (en)
In a method for the stable storage of peptide-containing dispersions (C), a specific quantity of the peptide-containing dispersion (C) is introduced into an evacuated effective volume (10) of a vessel (2) with the exclusion of gas, such that the boundary surfaces of the effective volume (10) form the sole boundary surfaces for the peptide-containing dispersion (C). On reduction of the quantity of the peptide-containing dispersion (C) contained in the effective volume (10), the latter is reduced such that the boundary surfaces of the effective volume (10) always form the sole boundary surfaces for the peptide-containing dispersion (C). A device for the stable storage of peptide-containing dispersions (C) comprises an approximately cylindrical vessel (2) and an evacuable effective volume (10), arranged inside the vessel (2), for a quantity of the peptide-containing dispersion (C). The effective volume (10) is sealed in a gas-tight manner relative to the environment. The boundary surfaces of the effective volume at the same time are always the sole boundary surfaces for the peptide-containing dispersion (C) contained in the effective volume (10). <IMAGE>

Bei einem Verfahren zur stabilen Lagerung von Peptid-haltigen Dispersionen (C) wird eine bestimmte Menge der Peptid-haltigen Dispersion (C) unter Gasabschluss in ein evakuiertes Nutzvolumen (10) eines Gefässes (2) derart abgefüllt wird, dass die Begrenzungsflächen des Nutzvolumens (10) die einzigen Grenzflächen für die Peptid-haltigen Dispersion (C) bilden. Bei einer Verringerung der Menge der in dem Nutzvolumen (10) enthaltenen Peptid-haltigen Dispersion (C) wird das Nutzvolumen (10) derart verringert, dass die Begrenzungsflächen des Nutzvolumens (10) stets die einzigen Grenzflächen zur Peptid-haltigen Dispersion (C) bilden. Eine Vorrichtung zur stabilen Lagerung von Peptid-haltigen Dispersionen (C), umfasst ein etwa zylindrisches Gefäss (2) und ein innerhalb des Gefässes (2) angeordnetes evakuierbares Nutzvolumen (10) für eine Menge der Peptid-haltige Dispersion (C). Das Nutzvolumen (10) ist gegenüber der Umgebung gasdicht abgeschlossen. Die Begrenzungsflächen des Nutzvolumens sind zugleich stets die einzigen Grenzflächen für die im Nutzvolumen (10) enthaltene Peptid-haltige Dispersion (C). <IMAGE>
