Abstract (en)
An automatic supply of sliver-processing textile machines with cans and the removal of empty cans from these are to be achieved with as high efficiency as possible. A can-transport device for supplying the sliver-processing textile machines is to make it possible to carry out the discharge of empty cans and reception of full cans, without having to wait for a supply from the drawing frame or from the central can supply. A can-distribution device (1) is arranged between the sliver-processing textile machine (3) and the drawing frame (2) or a can intermediate store. It has a station (31) for transferring empty cans (a, b, c) from a can-transport means (6) to the can-distribution device (1) and for transferring full cans (d, e, f) to the can-transport means (6), as well as a discharge station (33) for empty cans (u) and a feed station (34) for full cans (v). These stations are connected to one another via a transport device (20), in such a way that they are located on a closed loop. The transport device is designed so that full cans (d, e, f, o, p), empty cans (a, b, c, l, n), partially filled cans (g, i, q) and non-preparable full cans (k) can be transported on it simultaneously within the closed loop. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine automatische Versorgung von Faserband verarbeitenden Textilmaschinen mit Kannen sowie deren Entsorgung von Leerkannen soll mit möglichst großem Wirkungsgrad erzielt werden. Eine Kannentransporteinrichtung zur Versorgung der Faserband verarbeitenden Textilmaschinen soll die Abgabe der Leerkannen und die Übernahme der Vollkannen vornehmen können, ohne auf eine Versorgung durch die Strecke oder zentrale Kannenversorgung warten zu müssen. Zwischen der Faserband verarbeitenden Textilmaschine (3) und der Strecke (2) oder einem Kannenzwischenspeicher ist eine Kannenverteilvorrichtung (1) angeordnet. Sie weist eine Station (31) zur Übergabe von Leerkannen (a, b, c) von einem Kannentransportmittel (6) an die Kannenverteilvorrichtung (1) und zur Übergabe von Vollkannen (d, e, f) an das Kannentransportmittel (6) sowie eine Abgabestation (33) für Leerkannen (u) und eine Zuführstation (34) für Vollkannen (v) auf. Diese Stationen stehen über eine Transporteinrichtung (20) so miteinander in Verbindung, daß sie an einer geschlossener Schleife liegen. Die Transporteinrichtung ist so ausgebildet, daß auf ihr Vollkannen (d, e, f, o, p), Leerkannen (a, b, c, l, n), teilweise gefüllte Kannen (g, i, q) und nicht vorbereitbare Vollkannen (k) gleichzeitig innerhalb der geschlossenen Schleife transportierbar sind. <IMAGE>
