Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a cooling device for the door of a cooking appliance, more specifically of a domestic electric cooking appliance of the oven, recessed oven, cooker or similar type. This cooling device for the door (5) of a cooking appliance comprises a cooling system constituted by at least one centrifugal assembly (9) and an extraction duct (2) for the air opening essentially in the region of the door (5), and is constituted by a deflector (11) shaped so as to turn the air expelled down onto the external face of the door. This device adapts to all heating enclosures equipped with a door and used in all kinds of industries. <IMAGE>

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de refroidissement de la porte d'un appareil de cuisson, plus particulièrement d'un appareil de cuisson électroménager de type four, four encastrable, cuisinière ou similaire. Ce dispositif de refroidissement de la porte (5) d'un appareil de cuisson comprend un système de refroidissement constitué par au moins un groupe centrifuge (9) et un canal d'extraction (2) de l'air débouchant sensiblement au niveau de la porte (5), et est constitué par un déflecteur (11) conformé de manière à rabattre l'air expulsé sur la face externe de la porte. Ce dispositif s'adapte à toutes enceintes chauffantes munies d'une porte utilisées dans tous genres d'industries. <IMAGE>
