Abstract (en)
The insulation-displacement (self-stripping) contact is constituted by a conducting blade having two elastic arms bounded on either side of a slit emerging at a first of its ends in an inlet for an insulated conductor. It is characterised in that it includes a single rectangular piercing (punching) member (7) on the said two elastic arms (3, 4), substantially on the first end of the slit (2) but not contiguous with the said inlet (5) for an insulated conductor. <IMAGE>

Le contact autodénudant est constitué par une lame conductrice à deux branches élastiques définies de part et d'autre d'une fente débouchant à une première de ses extrméités dans une entrée de conducteur isolé. Il est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un poinçonnage unique rectangulaire (7) sur lesdites deux branches élastiques (3, 4), sensiblement sur la première extrémité de la fente (2) mais non attenant à ladite entrée de conducteur isolé (5). <IMAGE>
