[origin: DE4110830C1] The invention concerns a device for filling prefabricated cigarette tubes, the device having a housing (1), a tobacco chamber (17), a trough-shaped tobacco holder (7), a compression bar (23), a stop (31) for one end of the plug of tobacco, a finger (14) on which one end of a cigarette tube can be placed and a sliding cover (11). The length of the plug of tobacco formed can be adjusted to fit different cigarette-tube tobacco-spaced lengths by altering the length of the tobacco chamber (17) and the length of the compression bar (23). The invention does this by virtue of the fact that the end stop (31) is adjustable in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis of the tobacco holder (7) and that at least two sections (41, 42, 43) of the compression bar, each of different length and each capable of acting as an extension to a stationary part (30) of the bar, are mounted on a rotating component (40) whose axis of rotation (45) is parallel to the surface (44) of the compression bar.

Un dispositif de remplissage de gaines préfabriquées de cigarettes comprend un boîtier (1), une chambre à tabac (17), un support de tabac en auge (7), un sommier de pression (23), une contre-butée (31) d'une extrémité du boudin de tabac, une douille (14) sur laquelle on enfile une gaine de cigarette et un poussoir (11). La longueur du boudin de tabac à former peut être adaptée à différentes longueurs de la cavité à remplir de gaines de cigarettes par modification de la longueur de la chambre à tabac (17) et de la longueur du sommier de pression (23). A cet effet, la contre-butée (31) est une pièce ajustable dans le sens longitudinal du support de tabac (7) et au moins deux sections (42, 42, 43) de longueurs différentes du sommier de pression qui constituent des prolongements d'une partie fixe (30) du sommier de serrage (23) sont disposées sur une pièce rotative (40) dont l'axe de rotation (45) est parallèle à la surface (44) du sommier de pression.
