Abstract (en)
In collection containers made of plastic having two upper hinged swingable bars, the intention is to use simple plastic parts, which reliably and more cost-effectively fulfil the same task as the previous steel sheet parts, for the upper half of the bearing shell which can be fitted onto the lower half of the bearing shell and in which the ends of the swingable bars are rotatably mounted. This is achieved in that the lower half of the bearing shell which is known per se for bearing an engaging end of the swingable bar which is known per se consists of a moulded-on plastic chamber which is open on the upper side, is covered by a closure lid, likewise consisting of plastic and forming the upper half of the bearing shell, and is connected to expanding hook arms which are moulded onto the underside of the closure lid, engage resiliently in recesses in the longitudinal walls of the chamber and have flush apertures for receiving the end of the swingable bar which engages in the bearing for the swingable bar. <IMAGE>

Es wird angestrebt, bei Sammelbehältern aus Kunststoff mit zwei oberseitig angelenkten Schwenkbügeln für die auf die untere Lagerschalenhälfte aufsteckbare obere Lagerschalenhälfte, in denen die Schwenkbügelenden drehbar gelagert sind, einfache Kunststoffteile zu verwenden, welche die gleiche Aufgabe wie die bisherigen Stahlblechteile zuverlässig und billiger erfüllen. Erreicht wird dies dadurch, daß die an sich bekannte untere Lagerschalenhälfte zur Lagerung eines eingreifenden Endes des an sich bekannten Schwenkbügels aus einer angeformten, oberseitig offenen Kammer aus Kunststoff besteht, die mit einem ebenfalls aus Kunststoff bestehenden, die obere Lagerschalenhälfte bildenden Verschlußdeckel abgedeckt und mit unterseitig am Verschlußdeckel angeformten, in Ausnehmungen der Kammerlängswände federnd eingreifenden Spreizhakenarmen verbunden ist, die fluchtende Durchbrechungen zur Aufnahme des in das Schwenkbügellager eingreifenden Schwenkbügelendes aufweisen. <IMAGE>
