Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a housing for plug-in connections between at least one power source and a plurality of power loads. These are used in the commercial field, for example in the case of office and production apparatuses, and in the domestic field, for example in the case of video, television and domestic apparatuses. In order to prevent unauthorised use of such apparatuses and to reduce the risk of injury, it is proposed to arrange the plug contacts (8) which are used for producing the connection on a plane whose surface can be locked by a cover (2), a bolt unit (21) which is fitted in a concealed manner in the housing (1) being constructed at the same time as a locking mechanism (11) and as a power switch (5) for all the connections. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gehäuse für steckbare Verbindungen zwischen mindestens einer Energiequelle und mehreren Energieverbrauchern. Diese werden im gewerblichen Bereich , wie z.B. bei Büro- und Produktionsgeräten und im häuslichen Bereich, wie z.B. bei Video-, TV- und Haushaltsgeräten verwendet. Um die unbefugte Benutzung derartiger Geräte zu unterbinden und die Verletzungsgefahr zu verringern wird vorgeschlagen, die zur Herstellung der Verbindung dienenden Steckkontakte (8) auf einer Ebene anzuordnen, deren Oberfläche mit einer Abdeckung (2) verriegelbar ist, wobei eine in dem Gehäuse (1) verdeckt angebrachte Riegeleinheit (21) gleichzeitig für alle Verbindungen als Verschließmechanismus (11) und als Energieschalter (5) ausgebildet ist. <IMAGE>
