Abstract (en)
To facilitate cleaning of the upper ram (6) of a vertical press (1), a revolving brush (14) is mounted on the hopper (12) of the press. Programmable position controllers (17, 22) for the vertical movement of the upper ram (16) and of a moulding plate (5) and for the horizontal movement of the hopper (12) ensure that, for cleaning or wetting, the revolving brush (14) always passes over the surface of the upper ram (6) at an optimum distance. This operation is also ensured if the upper ram (6) and the moulding plate (5) have to execute complicated movements at the same time because the ram surface (6) is tilted or because a mould (5%) of the moulding plate (5) has to be filled at an angle. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Zur vereinfachten Reinigung des Oberstempels (6) einer Vertikalpresse (1) ist eine Bürstenwalze (14) an dem Füllkasten (12) der Presse angebaut. Durch programmierbare Lagesteuerungen (17, 22) für die Vertikalbewegung des Oberstempels (6) und einer Formplatte (5) sowie für die Horizontalbewegung des Füllkastens (12) ist sichergestellt, dass die Bürstenwalze (14) die Oberfläche des Oberstempels (6) zur Reinigung oder Benetzung immer in optimalem Abstand überstreicht. Diese Funktion ist auch dann sichergestellt, wenn Oberstempel (6) und Formplatte (5) infolge einer Schräglage der Stempeloberfläche (6) oder einer erforderlichen schiefen Füllung einer Form (5') der Formplatte (5) gleichzeitig komplizierte Bewegungen ausführen müssen. <IMAGE>
