The invention relates to image intensifier tubes, the brightness curve of which it makes it possible to correct very simply. <??>The image intensifier tube of the invention comprises an entrance window (3), and an exit window (4) in the vicinity of which the brightness is measured. L'invention se rapporte aux tubes intensificateurs d'image dont elle permet de corriger de façon simple la courbe de brillance. Le tube intensificateur d'image de l'invention comprend une fenêtre d'entrée (3), et une fenêtre de sortie (4) au niveau de laquelle est mesurée la brillance. Conformément à l'invention, la fenêtre de sortie (4) porte un dispositif d'atténuation de la lumière (20) dont l'opacité est plus grande dans une zone centrale (0) que vers les bords (21). <IMAGE>
