Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a device for partial recycling of the exhaust gases in a vehicle internal combustion engine (1), comprising a recycling duct (5) and a valve (6). The means for controlling the opening of the valve comprise: an electric stepper motor (8); a mechanism (19-22) capable of reversibly converting the angular displacements of the output shaft (9) of the electric motor into proportional axial displacements of the valve; an electrical conductor (16) connecting the electric motor to the battery (7) of the vehicle; a relay (17) sensitive to the electric signals produced by a computer (4), mounted so as to control the excitation of the motor from the battery; and a spring (23) pressing the valve shut. <IMAGE>

Il s'agit d'un dispositif pour le recyclage partiel des gaz d'échappement dans un moteur à combustion interne (1) de véhicule, comportant une conduite de recyclage (5) et un clapet (6). Les moyens de commande de l'ouverture du clapet comprennent : un moteur électrique (8) pas à pas ; un mécanisme (19-22) propre à transformer de façon réversible les déplacements angulaires de l'arbre de sortie (9) du moteur électrique en déplacements axiaux proportionnels du clapet ; un conducteur électrique (16) reliant le moteur électrique à la batterie (7) du véhicule ; un relais (17) sensible aux signaux électriques élaborés par un calculateur (4), monté de façon à contrôler l'excitation du moteur à partir de la batterie ; et un ressort (23) sollicitant le clapet à la fermeture. <IMAGE>
